Ordering Service

It has two functions

• AddOligo that takes the following parameters
  SpecID: Use 10
  RemoteSessionID: unique user session id on your webserver/design tool
  Name: item name
  Seq: Sequence Value, Please include the modification codes. You can get the modification codes on our website or if you only need a few just let me know what you need.
  i.e. AGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAG/3AmM/
  ProductID:
  Product Id’s for testing
  1213 25 nmole DNA oligo
  1 100 nmole DNA oligo
  1407 250 nmole DNA oligo
  1114 1 micromole DNA oligo

• GetReturnURL. This function will give you the url to send the user after all items are added to the IDT Web Server. It will redirect the user to a page that allows them to login or setup a new account.

• Analyze Input Instructions -- TargetType: DNA is the default, to switch to RNA as the target type enter in RNA or 1. OligoConc: Units in µM. NaConc: Units in mM. MgConc: Units in mM. dNTPsConc: Units in mM.
  
• HeteroDimer Input Instructions -- Enter Sequence and Secondary Sequence.
  
• SelfDimer Input Instructions -- Enter Sequence.
  

Production Server Specifications

For code that has been tested against the testing servers and is operating correctly, please use the following production services (notice the minor changes in the URL prefixes from “stage” to “www”).
