Functional genomics

An ASO modification that enhances nuclease resistance, lowers toxicity, and increases binding affinity

2′-MOE bases are often included in antisense oligos (ASO), aptamers, and siRNAs. Use them in place of standard RNA bases to increase nuclease resistance, reduce nonspecific protein binding, and to increase binding affinity with targeted complementary RNA.

  • An ASO modification that enhances nuclease resistance, lowers toxicity, and increases binding affinity
  • A mutant A.s. Cas12a (Cpf1) for CRISPR genome editing shows broad temperature tolerance and a high ratio of on:off target activity, with site-to-site reliability rivaling S.p. Cas9
  • Antisense Oligonucleotides (ASOs)
  • Oligo modifications that block nuclease degradation
